This corrido takes place on January 1933 and is about two brothers named Federico and Manuel who killed an old man who was sleeping. They buried the man and went seperate ways. Manuel went to Chandler and Federico went to Casa Grande. They were caught and sentenced to hang for their crime. It turns out that they are not hung but rather be the first to be executed in the Gas chamber. This was re-issued as part of Arhoolie / Folklyric CD 7019/7020 “Corridos & Tragedias De La Frontera”.
