This corrido is about the death of two brothers, Jose Manuel and Juan Luis who ended up killing each because they loved the same woman. Juan Luis went to a party and took the woman he loved with him, at the party Jose Manuel took out a gun and shot the woman. Juan Luis tells Jose Manuel that he took away what he loved and threatened that he will pay with his life. They went outside and all that was heard was two gunshots and the brothers were dead. This took place in year 1930.
