This corrido is about Magdaleno Dimas and Benjamín Rodríguez who were beaten by rangers that were protecting the interests of a wealthy melon farmer, as both men were union organizers. This took place in June, 1967 in Star County, Texas. CD contains a 24 page booklet with research notes, pictures and Track Listing, while actual CD itself contains transcriptions and translations (which are embedded), and can be accessed through one’s computer.
