by Michael Lavocah (not verified), 04/06/2020 - 07:13Although not named, the backing orchestra on this track is clearly Osvaldo N. Fresedo. The same applies to "Rajá del barrio" by Pilar Arcos Y Genaro Veiga (Brunswick 40891). (Ed. Note: The label credits identify the band accompaniment simply as "Con Orquesta Típica.") There are six discs in your collection that are not in the Fresedo discography by (famed tango discographer S. Nicolás) Lefcovich: Congratulations! This makes 25 Fresedo recordings in New York (1930).
