Notes & History
"La Chucha" Guerrero
de Agustin Gurza, 07/08/2015 - 11:20Sylvia: Thanks so much for helping us correct the spelling of your father's nickname, Jesse "La Chucha" Guerrero. As you can see, the error was originally made by the label when it listed your father as the composer. Those kinds of label errors, unfortunately, happened frequently. We are working on a systematic way to correct those mistakes for the record.
Meanwhile, we sure welcome the input from people like yourself, who can not only help us get the right information but also add to the history of the music and the people who made it. We hope to stay in touch so we can continue to document the contributions made by your father and others. That is the mission of the Frontera Collection online.
Regards,
