It starts off with a mariachi and male singer to get the attention Mexican Campesinos who live off and till the land. It basically tells how to take care of the land. Towards the middle of the song there is a spoken message to the Mexican Campesinos that we would fight against any enemy to save our land, the speaker then makes the connection that erosion is an enemy and we must protect our land.
