Staff Notes: Cut is not slated as this is a prepared / edited Reel. I assigned the “Ideal Tape #” as “PC-1165”, simply for cataloguing purposes, by combining the prefix “PC-” (for Protection Copy) to the next chronological number, in the order which I have been using for all of these Tapes that do not have an actual “Ideal Tape #” written on them. Typewritten date on the “Tape Legend” which is secured to the front of the actual Tape Box says “4-22-67”. Cuts 7 - 12 are actually “Chico” Release #’s 105-A/B, 106-A/B & 107-A/B.
