Notes & History
Chicago Schools
by Agustin Gurza, 05/13/2019 - 22:54Dear Juan:
Thanks very much for the information about Silvano Ramos and his history as an early artist in the Mexican American community of Chicago. It's terrific that his work, along with others, is being used in the public schools, to help enhance the knowledge of Latino cultural contributions, which is also one of the goals of the Frontera Collection.
Regards,
Agustín Gurza, Editor, The Frontera Collection
