Handwritten note on Tape Box states “poor recording at 7 1/2 IPS, but polka is good!”. Cut is not slated. I added “Rough” as the Matrix Number, as this is a rough recording, not actually used on release 1156-A, but rather the versions on Reel 754 replaced these takes.
