Staff Notes: Cut is not slated as this is a prepared / edited Reel. This Reel contains music from Side B of ILP-159 and so, I assigned the Ideal Tape # as “ILP-159-B”, strictly for cataloguing purposes, which is also reflected in the handwritten Release # on the Tape Box (back & spine). Additionally, for assigning an Ideal Release # for this cut, I combined the aforementioned Tape # (ILP-159-B) with the number “3”, as this is track 3 from Side B. Handwritten date on Tape Box (back) says “2-13-66”. Tape Box contains a small handwritten piece of paper, outlining the Equalization / Mastering settings.
