Searching for Los Album
by Agustin Gurza, 04/24/2020 - 18:48Dear Ms. Garza:
Unfortunately, I don’t have any information on other albums by your father, Enrique Garza. Aside from the tracks from the 33-rpm album that contains this track, the collection also contains 18 sides on 45-rpm discs, mostly on Falcon Records, the Texas label that also released the album. I cannot find any recording under your father’s name made in California, at least not in our database.
Doing a quick search, I noticed that the father of the three bothers in Los Lonely Boys is also named Enrique Garza, but I assume that is not the same person.
In any case, if you can provide me any more information on your father’s recordings, I can do another search.
Regards,
Agustín Gurza, Editor, The Frontera Collection
Searching for Lost Album
by Melba D. Garza (not verified), 04/09/2020 - 12:16I am looking for another album that my father Enrique Garza recorded in California (33). I was a little girl so I don't remember the name on the cover. May have been around 1967-1968.
