Trio Chicontepec de Rolando Hernandez
by Agustin Gurza, 10/23/2018 - 12:49Hi Jordan: Thanks for the clarification, and for identifying the leader of the group. I'm curious, do you know "El Quecho" personally?
I believe, however, there is still a misunderstanding. This group is already identified as the Conjunto Chicontepec. Did you mean to say that it should be the Trio Chicontepec, which later became the conjunto?
Thanks again for your interest in our music.

Trio Chicontepec de Rolando Hernandez
by Jordan (not verified), 10/07/2018 - 21:23I think this is the Conjunto Chicontepec, which later became Trio Chicontepec, led by Rolando "El Quecho" Hernandez Reyes of Chicontepec, Veracruz (now of Mexico City).
